The Department of Business Administration and PG HRM has organized an Industrial Visit on Friday, 18th, October 2019 to SRF Ltd, Manali., The Deputy Manager of SRF Limited Mr. Sandeep has given In-plant training to the students of PG HRM (30 No) at their factory site along with the two Faculty Members. ( Ms. K. Amudha and Ms. R. Rekha.)

The visit includes Polymerization, Spinning, Twisting and Weaving units. The detailed presentation was given by Mrs. Tina, HR Manager regarding HR policies and CSR activities of the organization. The visit was very useful to the students in understanding practical implementation of HR functions and policies.

Media Fame Mr.Charuprabha Sunder, Editor & Writer has given inaugural address. He has shared his rich experience as a successful journalist and advised the student community to excel in their practical life by hunting knowledge through selective reading. The event was well received by 15 city colleges. The overall championship was bagged by M.O.P. Vaishnav College for Women, Chennai.

It was a very lively session with real life examples. Session - IV - Dr. P.T.Giridharan, Joint Director and Regional Head, ICAI, Southern region, Chennai. He enlighted the audience with his rich experience and knowledge on managing finance .
