M.A(HRM) is a Unique course in which students study 18 HR related papers right from first semester, whereas students of MBA(HR) study only 4 HR related papers in the final year.

About the course
MA HRM aims to develop tomorrow’s business leaders through integrated learning and industry-academic partnerships.MA HRM degree tends to be more subject specific. This course is designed to provide a more explicit coverage of HR topics and specialties with the intention of preparing the student for a more quantitative and research-oriented focus, probably opening the way to enrollment in a Ph.D. program. All faculty members play an important role in administering the diverse academic and non-academic activities of the Institute.

Eligibility for Admission
A student who has passed bachelor's degree in any discipline, is eligible for admission to this course.   

Producing a set of versatile and emotionally balanced students who adept themselves to Multi-tasking and equipped them with competent skill sets and professionalism to take on various challenges. The students will have the unique chance of receiving campus recruitment offers in HR Department from business Organizations.

The Industry Institute Interface is a first of its kind initiative in which the students get a chance to interact with leading corporate and also go through specialized trainings and Workshops aimed to increase their learning.


The duration of the course is 2 years (Full time) under choice based credit system (Semester pattern)


Adopting the CBCS pattern, the course of study shall extend over 4 semesters (Two years) and consist of:

1. Theory courses / papers (Core (C), Electives (E))
2. Internship
3. Soft-skills courses (which are compulsory)

Students will earn the credits only when they pass in papers and successfully complete the course completion components of the programme..

The Grade system will be followed for completing the course.
