The IQAC of Bhaktavatsalam Memorial College for Women organized a Faculty Development Programme on 30th March, 2019 on Pedagogy and Personal Effectiveness. The resource person was Dr. V. V. Subramaniyan, Former Principal. RKM Vivekananda College, Chennai who gave an inspirational speech on effectiveness of teaching methodology. Dr. C.N.Eswari, Principal welcomed the resource person. Dr. S.P. Rajagopalan, Secretary delivered the Special Address.
